You can do all of these workouts with no equipment. Do one workout per day, add to the end of a calendar class OR combine quickies to create your perfect workout!     You will be amazed how much you can tighten and tone your thighs in just 7 minutes with this quick and effective inner thigh toning workout. You can do this one without any added resistance, but if you are looking for an advanced option try adding some light 1lb ankle weights.

    This quick arm toning workout is the perfect finisher to combine with a leg or butt toning class for a well rounded pilates workout. Of course you can do this one on its own or repeat a couple of time to quickly tone and sculpt your biceps, triceps and shoulders. Weights are optional.
