Are you ready for the ultimate leg day? We are working every muscle in our legs with two intense, muscle defining, metabolism boosting strength rounds. We also have two burn out rounds that help target the smaller muscles and add dynamic stretch, allowing legs to appear longer and leaner.
Equipment: 1-2 lb. ankle weights + optional 3-5 lb. hand weights
