Get ready to work the arms and back today with the ultimate upper body workout. This workout is all about sleek, defined arms - we focus on the triceps, shoulders, upper back and biceps. This workout has two burn out rounds and two strength rounds. This will help to tone the arms and boost our metabolism all day long.
Equipment: 2-5 lb weights and 1-2 lb ankle weights (start off with less and as you get stronger add more for example 1 lb wrist weight and 3 lb hand weight)
