DAY 1 - TOTAL AB BURN

DAY 2 - LOWER BELLY TONING (ANKLE WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)
Day 2 things are getting spicy with this lower abs burner!! It's mat cardio and non-stop low ab toning. Today's class is one of my favourites because we really get into some targeting toning and it's a ton of dynamic, brand new exercises.

DAY 3 - WAISTLINE TRIM + TONE (WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)
Day 3 is our first cardio blast of the challenge!! I love low impact cardio because it's sweaty and energising. We use our muscles to get our heart rate up, which makes this the perfect mix of fat-burning cardio and toning. Today's class is all about targeting the waist aka our inner obliques.
DAY 4 - LENGTHEN, DE-BLOAT + LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE CLASS
