Welcome to DAY 1!! I am so happy you're here!! Today's class is a toning class that breaks down the foundation moves we will be building on during this program. Today we are working every muscle in the abs and really focusing on creating the mind muscle connection. Today is about being intentional with our movement and with ourselves.
During this class, listen to the cues and as we are learning to properly engage our core - take the time to really feel what that feels like in your body. Connecting to your centre. Today is the day to really learn to connect to all the muscles so we can activate them properly as we move through the classes.
Let's also set our intentions today for this program.
Take some time to journal the following:
How will I show up for myself over the next 7 days?
How do I want to FEEL each day?
How will I feel when I finish this program? Proud? Accomplished? Stronger?
What can I do to ensure I stay motivated?
How can I approach this challenge from a place of loving my body now, while working towards my goals?
Then visualise the results and feelings you want to have during and after this challenge.
