DAY 7!! YOU MADE IT!! How do you feel?!
Our last day is all about those outer obliques, that create those lines down the side of our abs. I literally love a good waist workout and working the sideline muscles sooo much, I feel like they really tone and create beautiful curves in the stomach so quickly!!
This cardio blast is the BEST way to finish the challenge. We will feel so accomplished and CONFIDENT and full of energy!! Today is sweaty and intense toning, lots of side-bending, mat cardio... some arms mixed in... you're going to FEEL those results. Let's finish strong!!
EQUIPMENT: Ankle weights and hand weights optional!! Only if you are advanced xx
