WELCOME TO YOUR 7 DAY ABS PROGRAM!!! We’re starting this program as a group Monday Feb 22 💕
I am sooo excited for this program, it's my best ab workouts yet! I can't wait to do this with you, it's all about showing up for yourself each day and proving you can do anything you put your mind to.
Each day of the program there is a different focus so we work each muscle in the core effectively! We alternate mat toning with low impact and HIIT cardio this is key for visible results in just one week. There’s also of course a stretch and lymphatic drainage class to help de-stress and de-bloat.

HOW DO I KNOW MY FORM IS PERFECT: Watch the form tips video here which covers everything from how to properly engage your core to how not to strain your neck during mat abs. I would also recommend setting yourself up near a mirror to spot check and carefully listening to the detailed cues given in the workout to ensure your form is perfect :)
HOW LONG ARE THE WORKOUTS ? 20-30 minutes. The perfect amount of time to get in an effective workouts, while supporting our stress levels and hormones as women.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED? None! All the workouts can be done without equipment and beginners should do this for the first time with no equipment while perfecting form. Advanced BBFIT honeys can add 1-2 lbs. hand and ankle weights.

DO I ADD THIS TO THE CALENDAR? No! This program is meant to be done on its own. Do not add it to the calendar. This program has been very strategically planned for you to get results, any additional workouts will be counterproductive for many reasons. Each day has a different focus, if you're adding additional exercises it will be over training and counter productive. If you are fatigued from adding additional workouts your form will suffer and you will not get the desired result. Trust the process and take this week to focus on strengthening your core.
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS? It’s an advanced program so I would advise beginners (and everyone!) to listen to your body and take extra rest days and add in extra stretching as needed. Beginners can even alternate rest days and walking days with workouts to complete the program over two weeks. If you are post-natal, or have pre-existing health or medical conditions, you must consult a doctor or specialist before starting any workout program, especially a core focused one. Please listen to your body always!
WILL IT STAY ON THE APP? YES! We keep all programs on the app so you can come back to them and continue getting better results each time! However it’s best to join in this week if possible for extra motivation from the BBFIT community.
