This low impact cardio class will give you an amazing full body toning workout AND incorporates high intensity fat burning exercises to give you an amazing cardio session at the same time. This class is LOW IMPACT - we use dynamic movements rather than jumping, burpees etc to avoid heavy impact on knees and joints. Ankle and hand weights are completely optional, but if you have them I recommend strapping them on for some extra resistance xx
