Things are getting SPICY for the start of WEEK 3.
This class is a total arms, legs and booty burner. We start the class with some cardio arms to get our energy up and start boosting our metabolism. Then we get into some super spicy moves for lean legs and a peachy booty!! This workout is a non-stop, toning every inch kind of class. You will be challenged, and FEEL the change from this class. Each time you do it you will get stronger. Let's go honey!! ** THIS CLASS IS SUPER ADVANCED ** make sure to do without equipment if you are a beginner and take the beginner modifications!!!! Take breaks and add in extra stretching when necessary, always listen to your body, if it is too advanced, please pick another low impact class.
