I don't know about you, but I am craving some slow, graceful movement today. This sculpt class is one I always say, feels like a hug. You'll work hard, but with intention and leave class feeling lengthened and refreshed.
Today we focus on alignment, posture, and elongation — sculpting long legs, elegant arms, and a lifted, open posture. This is the day you truly feel the Align elegance.
In our Align workouts we're strengthening our bodies in their optimal postural alignment, creating muscles that feel longer and leaner. This helps us improve our posture, stand taller and train our bodies to support longevity.
We also focus on working the body through all planes of movement; flexion, extension, lateral flexion and rotation. This type of functional training helps to create a balanced body, as well as with strengthening all those smaller stabilising muscles.
And of course we’re not just aligning the body — we’re aligning mind, movement, and energy so everything flows effortlessly and beautifully.
Focus: Alignment
Results: Taller posture, elongated lines, toned thighs, sculpted arms, graceful movement.
