Align was created from my own journey to find balance with my body, working out and nutrition. I spent years over-training, pushing myself through high-intensity workouts, while eating restrictive diets. Instead of seeing the results I wanted I was gaining weight, my skin was breaking out, I was always bloated and inflamed. It truly felt like my body was fighting against me.
I knew something needed to change, so three years ago I decided to go all in on my Pilates workouts, slowing down, nourishing myself properly, and focusing on building strength with intention. What I realised is that getting results could FEEL good, it could be done from a place of love, and it was possible to do without beating my body up in the process.
This is what inspired me to create Align. Align is everything I wish I had during that chapter, a method that supports women’s bodies, hormones, and nervous systems while creating long, lean strength and lasting balance.
And of course, it isn't just about the physical results, while they are definitely motivating, the best part is creating a lifestyle that allows you to FEEL your best in your body every single day. The confidence you build by showing up for yourself, the way you can enjoy the process of becoming the best version of you. Those little shifts to our mindset and energy are everything!
