Welcome to Week 2 of Summer Sculpt, my love. You have made it past the halfway mark in our most results-driven challenge of the year, and this is where things start to get exciting. By now you’ve built momentum, established consistency and laid the foundation for real change. This week, we’re continuing to challenge ourselves with powerful sculpting workouts designed to tone, strengthen and define your body while helping you feel stronger and more confident with every class.
