Today we're really turning up the heat with a low impact cardio sculpt focusing on our abs and arms.
This is the class I love to do when I want an instant energy boost. The kind of workout that leaves you feeling less bloated, more energised and ready to take on the day.
We'll focus on the waist, abs and arms with lots of standing core work, flowing from move to move for that signature sculpted burn. Trust me, you'll feel the difference by the end of this one.
EQUIPMENT: 1 lb ankle weights, 3 lb weights, 5 lb weights (optional)
