My love, you've made it to the final workout of the Summer Sculpt!! 🤍
Today we're finishing the challenge with one of my favourite mat classes for the abs and waist. We'll flow through a series of controlled movements designed to strengthen the deep core, challenge the obliques and leave your entire midsection feeling strong and connected.
Expect slow, intentional movement, deep core activation and that signature Pilates burn that reminds you just how much stronger you've become over the past two weeks.
I'm so proud of you for showing up for yourself throughout this challenge. Whether you completed every workout or simply did your best, that consistency matters and it adds up.
Finish strong today, soak up that accomplished feeling, and if you're loving your results, I highly encourage you to repeat this challenge. The workouts only get better the second time around, and repeating the program is one of the best ways to continue building strength, confidence and results.
