This workout is all about working the outer thighs with a side lying leg routine that will have you feeling strong, toned and lengthened. Really focus on making the mind muscle connection with this one and prepare for an amazing burn.

Its no secret I love adding Barre style exercises to our BB classes! These exercises are so beautiful and feminine, they really leave you feeling strong and lengthened. This class really works every inch of the core and will leave you feeling lean and toned.
