For Day 2 of the program we have a full body, low impact cardio class. In today's class we focus on postural alignment, ensuring that we help to develop a healthy and lengthened posture while also getting an incredible cardio workout.
DAY 3 - REFORMER PILATES (MIND-BODY CONNECTION)

DAY 4 - CARDIO PILATES (BALANCE FOCUS)
Today we have a sweaty low impact cardio pilates class focussing on creating balance in the body. Everything we do in our Align classes is about creating balance - balance within our muscles, balance in the types of workouts we do and balance in our approach to exercise, health and wellness.
DAY 5 - STRENGTH PILATES (CREATING ENGERGY)
