Today's new Low Impact Cardio class is quick and sweaty! This class is a little bit shorter than usual so if you have been thinking about adding some resistance or trying out a new pair of ankle weights - today is the day. The movements today are focussing on the upper body, arms and shoulders as well as the abs, waist and core muscles. Let me know if you liked this express class format. If you want a slightly longer session, try adding one of the Quick Cardio or Quick Abs classes from our Quickies section or some extra to finish off.
