This is a mindful and energizing mat Pilates class designed to sculpt and strengthen your upper body and core. We’ll move through controlled, purposeful sequences that activate the arms, shoulders and abs, using light hand weights and a Pilates ball to deepen the burn and enhance your connection to each movement.
Expect precise mat-based exercises that improve posture, support core strength, and leave you feeling both grounded and refreshed.
If you don’t have a ball, that’s absolutely fine. You can still follow along by replicating the movements. Press your palms together when we squeeze the ball, or simply mimic the actions without props. With strong mind-muscle connection, you’ll still feel deep activation and get just as much out of each sequence.
This is your time to focus, energize your body, and build strength from within.
