This energizing mat Pilates class is designed to sculpt and strengthen your thighs, abs and glutes through intentional, low-impact movement. Expect mindful sequences that flow seamlessly together, targeting your lower body and core while building deep muscle tone.
In today's class I'm wearing 1lb ankle weights to increase intensity and help activate those hard-to-reach muscles, but they’re totally optional. You’ll still feel the burn without them by moving with control and focusing on form.
If you’re not using weights today, make sure you focus on the mind-muscle connection and stay intentional with each movement. You can create just as much challenge by engaging your muscles with focus and precision.
