This 20-minute Strength Pilates class is all about building lower body strength and definition. We’ll focus on toning your legs and thighs with controlled, powerful movements, using optional light weights to add extra resistance. Expect a mix of standing and mat-based exercises designed to activate your glutes, quads, and inner thighs while improving stability and endurance. Weights are recommended for an added challenge.
