Welcome to The Align Method: your 7-day Pilates glow-up. This is not just another program. It’s a thoughtfully curated journey through everything that makes Align so powerful and transformative, all in one signature series designed to elevate how you move, how you feel and how you show up for yourself.
Whether you’ve been part of the Align community for years or you’re brand new to the mat, the Align Method is your foundation. Think of it as the “greatest hits” of Align: a week-long reset that brings together all the principles that have helped transform my own body, energy, and mindset, and now I’m sharing them with you.
Each day, we’ll move through one of Align’s signature class styles: Sculpt, Strength, and Mat Pilates. We will also layer in the key principles of the method: breath, alignment, and mind-body connection. These aren’t just buzzwords. They’re the real tools that make each class more intentional, more effective and way more energizing.
What to Expect
Over 7 days, you’ll get a mix of all three Align styles:
- Strength: A resistance-based class using hand weights or bodyweight to sculpt strong, lean muscles. Expect slower, controlled reps and a deep burn.
- Sculpt: A dynamic, low-impact class that blends toning, light resistance, and energizing flow. These are the ones where you’ll feel the fire in your glutes, arms, and abs.
- Mat Pilates: The essence of Pilates: grounded, focused, and incredibly effective for building core control, posture, and deep muscle tone.
Each day is under 30 minutes. We’ve made sure the workouts are short, efficient, and build beautifully across the week. Whether you’re squeezing it in before work, during a lunch break, or in the evening with a candle lit, you’ll walk away feeling strong, centered, and more connected to yourself.
What Makes This Different
This program isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about doing things better, with awareness, with flow and with intention.
You’ll learn how to breathe properly during movement, how to improve your form through alignment and how to tune in to what your body actually needs. These are the things that elevate your results, prevent burnout and create real, lasting change.
We’re focusing on what actually works — not just to change your body, but to shift how you feel in it.
What You’ll Need
This week is super accessible — the only equipment we use is:
• Light hand weights (1–3 lbs)
• Optional ankle weights (1 lb)
• A mat and a bit of floor space
How to Set Yourself Up for Success
Before you begin, here are a few quick tips to make this week feel amazing:
• Set a clear intention. Ask yourself: How do I want to feel at the end of this week? It could be strong, calm, consistent, energized — choose a feeling and hold it close.
• Create a little ritual. Have your mat ready, light a candle, play your favorite playlist, or wear your favorite set. Make it feel like something you’re excited to return to each day.
• Pick your time and protect it. Even 30 minutes can transform your day. Morning, lunchtime, or after work — find your time and make it non-negotiable.
• Fuel your body. You’ll feel better in your workouts if you’re eating balanced, nourishing meals. Think: protein, healthy fats, and fiber. (Check out the bonus Align Nutrition video for tips.)
• Stay connected. Check the Align Angels chat on Instagram for support and updates. Share how you’re feeling, ask questions, and see how others are showing up too.
What Happens After the 7 Days?
This week is your reset, but it’s also your springboard. By the end of the program, you’ll have a strong foundation in all three Align class styles and a deeper understanding of how to get the most out of every session.
You can return to the Align Method anytime you need a re-set, or you can move on to the other challenges in Align with confidence.
