A full-body burn designed to transform — energise your body, align your energy and set you up for success.
Results: Toned abs, lean thighs, lifted glutes, defined arms, and that total-body Pilates glow.
We will be incorporating all of the pilates principles into this class so you can start to feel how powerful it is to work with your breath, mind body connection and alignment. It's the perfect blend of burn and elegance.
