In this video, we set the foundation for your Align journey, with simple rituals that support your goals from the inside out. We’ll walk through intention-setting, scheduling your workouts, creating an elevated space to move, and organising your fridge and kitchen to make nourishing choices feel effortless.
Here are three areas in which you can set yourself up for success:
MIND: write down your goals for the week, how you are going to show up for yourself and how you want to FEEL each day
BODY: Schedule your workouts in your diary and create a space in your home dedicated to your home Pilates workouts
NUTRITION: Stock the fridge with healthy food and prep some ingredients that will help you throw together a healthy meal quickly and easily
