What makes Align so much more than just another workout, is the way that we move with intention. Breath, Alignment and Mind Body Connection are at the foundation of every class.
In this video, we explore how to breathe deeply, activate your deep core, and move with intention so every rep feels connected and purposeful. You’ll learn to slow down, to feel your muscles working, and to bring that same sense of alignment into your posture, your breath, and the way you carry yourself throughout the day.
One of the reasons our workouts achieve results so quickly, is because of how the workouts are cued. In each class I will guide you to the movement, where you should be feeling it in your body, as well as the results you're creating. This helps you to connect more deeply to your body and get more from each class.
Take it one step further today by:
ALIGNMENT: adjusting your posture each time you walk through a doorframe
MIND BODY CONNECTION: checking in with how your body and energy feels through the day
BREATH: taking 3 deep breaths connecting to your core before your meals
These are little shifts that can help you deepen your mind body connection beyond the mat.
