Hiii my love, how are you feeling after yesterdays absolutely WILD full body sculpt? Today we have an upper body strength class, with a touch of abs mixed in of course! This class is such a good way to feel strong and powerful heading into your day.
We start of with standing strength exercises for the shoulders, biceps, upper back and posture - mixed with standing abs. Then we go to the mat for a core and arm burn like no other and finish with a quick, spicy ab series. You are so strong and can do anything you put your mind too!
Depending on your goals - keep the weights lighter to sculpt and tone, or heavier if you want a more strength based workout. I would recommend keeping lighter weights nearby, as we are working in higher reps and dynamic movements in this class.
EQUIPMENT: 1 lb ankle weights & 3-5 lb hand weights
