My love!! You have made it to the final workout in this challenge!! How are you feeling? I am SO proud of you!! We're back with another 20 minute Friday today, this time a focused pilates mat class for low abs, waist and deep core.
This class is about connecting to your breath with each movement to engage the deep core and really feeling it in your body. You're going to feel strong, sculpted and deeply connected to your body after this quick, effective class.
The Pilates ball is always optional, if you don't have it you do the same exercises on the mat, instead of pressing into the ball.
EQUIPMENT: 1 lb ankle weights & pilates ball (optional)
