Hello my love ♡ Join me for a full body workout that combines our signature Pilates-inspired sculpting with focused, heavier strength work.
We’ll alternate upper and lower body sequences, working through shoulder raises, pliés, bicep work and curtsy lunges, with dedicated sets of rows and sumo squats to challenge your strength. Then we’ll head to the mat for a deep core and lower ab finisher, adding chest work and bridges so every part of your body gets some love.
I’m using 3 lb and 8 lb hand weights, but choose the weights that feel strong and manageable for you. We’ll repeat the movements so you have time to find your form, connect with the muscles and notice yourself getting stronger. Come back to this class and gradually increase your resistance when you feel ready.
We’ll finish with stretches and a moment of mindfulness to celebrate the strength and confidence you create each time you show up for yourself. Let’s get strong together ♡
Equipment: Mat and hand weights recommended. Bailey uses a lighter pair (3 lb) and a heavier pair (8 lb).
