DAY 2 - SLEEK ARMS + PERFECT POSTURE
The second workout in this program is one of my all time favourites. I LOVE arm focused workouts. They are always fun, effective and dynamic. This class starts with beautiful dynamic stretching and dancing arm style exercises to get us feeling the burn. Then we start to incorporate some exercises for the back and postural muscles, the abs and the butt. This workout is going to have you feeling so strong, energised and excited to complete this program!
