This class is non-stop low impact cardio and toning, with dynamic sequences that will have you feeling sweaty and energised. We are doing high reps with low weight, it's all about creating strength and length while working your thighs and glutes from all angles.
Today's class is advanced - remember to listen to your body, take breaks, beginner modifications and extra rest days whenever you need.
