This is our final stretch of Align + Adore, and the most important one. After weeks of sculpting, strengthening, and showing up for yourself, this is your moment to slow down and give your glutes and hips the love they deserve.
We’ll gently release tension through the glutes, hips, and lower back, helping your muscles recover, lengthen, and reset. No equipment is needed, just your breath, your mat, and a few quiet minutes to let the work settle in.
This stretch is the perfect way to close out the challenge feeling open, grounded, and proud of everything you’ve accomplished. Recovery is part of the results and this is where we seal them in xx
