Welcome to Day 1 of the Warm-Up my love and the start of Align Summer! I’m so excited we're finally here. This is where we begin to turn up the heat xx
Today’s class is one of my favorites. Its an abs and booty sculpt designed to tone, lift and energize your body while setting the foundation for everything to come. Expect targeted movements, a deep core connection, and that signature Pilates burn that leaves you feeling strong, sculpted and glowing.
These are some of our most effective workouts to help you feel long, lean, and confident in your body and this is just the beginning. We’re building momentum this month, waking everything up and stepping into that strong, energized Summer feeling.
I’m wearing 1 lb ankle weights and using 3 lb and 5 lb hand weights for this class, but as always, make it work for you. You can go lighter, heavier or skip the equipment entirely and just focus on staying connected and moving with intention.
