DAY 1 - FULL BODY CARDIO BURN (NO EQUIPMENT)
Welcome to day 1! This full-body circuit style HIIT is no equipment and will teach you the foundation moves for the rest of the program.
DAY 2 - ARM TONING CARDIO BLAST (WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)
This workout is a *mostly* low impact cardio arms class. This is a real boxing pilates style cardio class. Weights optional, I use 2-3 lbs.
DAY 3 - CARDIO BOOTY PUMP (BOOTY BAND OPTIONAL)
It's the half-way mark, are you feeling the burn? This booty focused class is using a booty band (medium or heavy) to activate the glutes while we do our sweaty HIIT Pilates circuits.
DAY 4 - BURN BELLY FAT + SMALLER WAIST (NO EQUIPMENT)
I always say it but this could be my FAVE day. No equipment cardio abs. A sweaty circuit warm up followed by mat cardio toning. Let's gooo!!!
DAY 5 - LEAN LEGS CARDIO (ANKLE WEIGHTS OPTIONAL)
DAY 5 ALREADY?! You made it babe!! I am so proud of you for finishing strong and committing to yourself.
This lean legs and thighs cardio class is a burner, ankle weights are totally optional. Let's go bb.
