Starting the second week of the challenge with this FUN and ENERGISING cardio class. This low-impact cardio class is designed to get you sweating without jumping. We're learning LOTS of spicy new moves this week 🌶🌶🌶 You can modify and do this workout without weights and ankle weights by creating resistance with bodyweight. You can also use some light water bottles! Get ready to sweat! xx
