Today I’m taking you through a full body mat Pilates class focused on creating those long, lean lines, with that beautiful combination of restorative movement and a deep, mindful burn that we love so much. We ease into it, then gently build — so by the end you’ve had an incredible full body toning workout without it ever feeling overwhelming.
This is the kind of class that helps you slow down, reconnect, and move with intention, while still feeling like you’ve worked your entire body.
We’re building consistency here. Showing up, moving your body, and creating a routine that feels supportive, not overwhelming. This is where everything starts to click.
I’m using 3 lb hand weights and 1 lb ankle weights for an added burn, but you can absolutely do this class without equipment and just focus on the movement and control. Both options are perfect — just meet yourself where you’re at today.
