Today we’re taking it down to the mat for a targeted Pilates burn featuring side-lying thigh work designed to tone, lengthen, and create that lean, sculpted feeling through the legs. We’ll finish with a quick bonus abs series to leave your core feeling strong, connected, and activated.
This is the perfect 10 min class to fit into a busy day when you still want to move your body and feel accomplished. You can do it on its own for a quick sculpt session, repeat it for an extra challenge, or add it onto the end of another workout for the perfect finisher.
I’m using 1 lb ankle weights for an added burn, but they’re completely optional.
