This is your Week 3 check-in, my love — a moment to pause and reconnect to how your body is feeling.
This week is about coming back into your body and getting more out of your movement. Slowing things down, moving with intention, and really feeling the muscles work so every class becomes more effective.
Take a moment to notice the changes — how your body feels, how you’re moving, and the strength you’re starting to build. This is where the work begins to show, not just physically, but in how connected and confident you feel.
If things feel challenging, that’s part of it. Stay with it, trust the process, and keep showing up for yourself.
