APRIL 20 - *NEW* RESET FULL BODY STRENGTH (WEIGHTS RECOMMENDED)
WEEK 3 - RESET YOUR BODY
•
35m
Welcome to Week 3 of Reset, my love — this is where we reset your body.
Today’s class is a full body strength workout designed to help you feel stronger, more connected, and more confident in your movement. We’re focusing on controlled, intentional exercises that challenge your muscles while still staying true to that aligned, Pilates-based approach.
This is where everything you’ve been building starts to show. Your strength is improving, your control is deeper, and you’re getting more out of every movement. We’re not rushing through anything here — we’re focusing on form, connection, and creating real, lasting results.
I recommend adding weights for this class to really challenge yourself and enhance that sculpting effect, but as always, you can adjust to what feels right for you.
