You’ll be getting 20 new targeted toning classes, all 10 mins or less. These are super effective workouts that can be done on their own or added to the bb workout calendar. Summer is a busy time - but we all have time for a quickie, right? 😉 I really wanted to create a program that would work with anyones lifestyle or fitness level! These quickies are intense, but feel SO good. You can do them on your own on days you're short on time or add them to the workout calendar if you're more advanced. Set a goal for yourself, maybe 3 full length classes from the workout calendar and all five quickies each week... and stick to it!! DAY 2 - OUTER THIGH MAT TONING
Episode 2
This workout is all about working the outer thighs with a side lying leg routine that will have you feeling strong, toned and lengthened. Really focus on making the mind muscle connection with this one and prepare for an amazing burn.

DAY 3 - BARRE STYLE DANCING ARMS
Episode 3
Today we are focusing on sleek, sculpted arms with some ballet style, dancing arms exercises. Have fun with this one, it's a great energy boost and a classic BB arms workout.

DAY 4 - ULTIMATE BOOTY BURN
Episode 4
This is a standing butt workout that will work the muscles in the glutes from all angles to help shape and tone the butt. It's a great glute activation that can be done before another butt focused class to really activate the muscles, or do it on it's own for a great burn.

DAY 5 - LOWER AB BURN

This workout is possibly my fave low ab workout ever! It's the perfect way to end the challenge. This workout is all about using our deep core muscles to act as a corset pulling the lower abs in, as well as toning the low ab muscles. It's spicy and dynamic! Let's go!
