This full body Strength Pilates class is designed to help you build tone, definition and functional strength using slow, controlled movement. We’ll be targeting your arms, core, legs and glutes in one powerful flow that blends Pilates precision with low-impact strength training. We’re using a Pilates ball and light hand weights to increase resistance and deepen the burn, but you can absolutely do this class without them and still feel all the benefits. As always, I’ll show you modifications so you can make it work for you.
