This strength-focused Pilates session is all about sculpting and toning your arms and butt with controlled, intentional movements. Expect a perfect mix of upper body resistance work and lower body strengthening exercises designed to build definition, improve posture, and enhance lower-body power. We’ll be using light weights to intensify the burn, but you can modify the workout to fit your level. Whether you’re looking to tone, lift, or strengthen, this session will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and empowered. Let’s get started!
