I know everyone is busy right now so here is another quick workout that you can sneak in when you are short on time. This 10 minute fat burner incorporates dynamic cardio pilates movements to burn fat, improve your overall fitness while also toning and lengthening all major muscle groups. Basically something for everyone! As always, all of the exercises are designed to be LOW IMPACT on your joints (especially the knees, hips etc) to avoid any joint soreness.
