Hello my love ♡ Join me for a full body mat Pilates class to build heat, find length and reconnect with your body.
We’ll move through kneeling arm work, glute and thigh sequences, side-lying inner thigh work and a strong ab series, layering small, controlled movements with longer reaches and little pulses. Expect plenty of work through your shoulders, posture, waist and deep core, with that full-body Pilates feeling we love.
I’m using 1 lb ankle weights and a 3 lb hand weight for a little extra resistance, but you can do the entire class with just your body weight. Move with your breath, take the pace that feels right for you and focus on feeling each movement.
We’ll finish with gentle stretches and a moment of mindfulness to set an intention for the day ahead. Think of this as a fresh start—a little time to show up for yourself and leave feeling more connected, energized and confident ♡
Equipment: Mat. 1 lb ankle weights and a 3 lb hand weight optional.
