Something I have been LOVING are 20 minute Friday's - a short and sweet class that sculpts the abs and waist is the perfect way to end the first week of this challenge. It's targeted toning at it's best. Move slowly and connect to your breath with each movement to engage your core.
In this class we're adding ankle weights to challenge the low abs and the pilates ball for a deep core burn. If you don't have the equipment you can modify and do all the movements without.
So proud of you for making it to the last workout in week 1 of this challenge! Make sure to come back for your restorative stretch and reset tomorrow. It's the perfect way to show your hard working muscles love after this week.
