Welcome to day one of a new menstrual cycle! Today we are going to flow through some restorative stretches for period cramps and lymphatic massage. The stretches are going to focus on the hips, lower abs and low back to help ease tension in the body. We will be incorporating breath-work and mindfulness to de-stress and release negative stored emotions.
Lymphatic massage is one of the most wonderful forms of self care to help reduce water retention and show your body extra love today. Remember to listen to your body and give yourself permission to slow down and take extra rest days during this phase of your cycle.
