Welcome to the very first class in our Summer Quickie Series, my love 🤍 You guys asked for it, so we’re officially bringing back Friday Quickies for Summer.
Each week, you’ll get a brand new quick workout designed to fit into real life while still giving you that signature Align burn and glow. These classes are short, effective, energizing, and perfect for the days when you’re short on time but still want to move your body and feel good.
Today’s class is a standing full body sculpt designed to boost your energy, elevate your mood, and leave you feeling toned from head to toe in just 10 minutes. We’re targeting the full body with controlled, sculpting movements that create that deep Pilates burn without ever needing to get down on the mat.
You can absolutely do this class on its own for a quick reset, repeat it for a more advanced workout, or add it onto the end of a longer class for the perfect finisher.
Weights are optional, but I’m using 3 lb hand weights and 1 lb ankle weights for an added burn.
