Welcome to Week 2 of the Warm-Up, my love. This is where we start building even more strength, confidence and that sculpted Summer feeling in our bodies.
Today’s class is a lower body strength workout focused on toning and lifting the legs and glutes while creating that strong, lean definition we’re working toward throughout Align Summer. Expect slow, controlled movements, targeted strength work and a deep burn that leaves you feeling so strong and connected to your body.
This is one of those classes that really builds momentum. We’re challenging ourselves a little more, adding resistance and creating the kind of consistency that leads to real results.
I recommend adding weights for this class to really enhance the burn and help build strength but as always, you can always go lighter or make it work with the equipment you have.
