We’ll release tension, increase flexibility, and leave you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Let’s celebrate the hard work you’ve done so far with this restorative practice. Today our focus is to look at how far you've come! Really notice the change you've created in your mind and body. I am so proud of you my love!
