This gentle, full-body stretch session is designed to help you release tension, improve flexibility and reset your body. Through a series of slow, deep stretches and mindful movement you’ll open up tight muscles, increase mobility and feel a sense of calm and ease. Perfect for recovery days, post-workout cooldowns or anytime you need a moment to unwind. No equipment needed, just your mat and a few deep breaths.
This class should feel really good and leave you feeling refreshed and connected to yourself. I hope you can carry this loving energy out into your day and onwards.
