In this new Reformer class we focus on establishing the mind-body connection and practicing mindful movement - all while enjoying a flowing reformer style class. If you have time, I recommend quickly watching the Mind-Body video in the Align Method section before you begin. This will help to introduce you to our mindful movement principles and get you ready for this class.
