Today we’re back with one of your all-time favorite class styles - Sculpt. These classes have quickly become some of the most popular in the Align studio, and it’s easy to see why. This dynamic full-body session blends signature Align Pilates flows with strength-building movements designed to tone, energize, and sculpt your body from head to toe.
We’ll use light hand weights and a Pilates ball to intensify the burn, boost core engagement, and sculpt those deep muscles, but both are totally optional. You’ll still feel everything without equipment.
For the Pilates ball: make sure it’s firmly inflated to give resistance as we press and squish it throughout class. These small presses are amazing for activating your upper body and balance muscles. No ball? No problem. Just mimic the movement and press your palms together when I cue pressing into the ball.
Get ready to sweat, tone, and reconnect with your body in this energizing, low-impact sculpt session.
